5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP), unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Silent Saints reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be completed using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

We do not store complete payment card information.

6. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order.

This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.

A contract of sale is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Obvious pricing or product information errors.

  • Inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a full refund.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Silent Saints aims to dispatch orders promptly and provide reliable delivery services.

Our standard UK delivery estimate is 3–5 days, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £50.

Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed or legally required period, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you have nominated to receive them.

International delivery, where offered, may be subject to additional charges, customs duties or import taxes.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from Silent Saints.

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing most products online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned garments may be inspected and tried on as they would be in a physical retail shop.

Customers should take reasonable care of returned products. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, we may make a deduction for any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs, provided this responsibility was disclosed before purchase.

Where cancellation rights apply, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge where legally required, but not additional charges for an upgraded delivery service.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe and issued to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

We take pride in the quality of our garments and screen-printed designs.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Photographs may help us resolve your enquiry more quickly but do not replace your statutory rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality.

  • Fit for their intended purpose.

  • As described.

Where goods do not meet these requirements, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Where an exchange is unavailable, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Incorrect size selection does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

11. GARMENT CARE

To maintain the quality and longevity of Silent Saints garments, please follow the care instructions supplied with each product.

For screen-printed garments, we generally recommend:

  • Washing garments inside out.

  • Following the temperature stated on the garment care label.

  • Avoiding bleach and harsh detergents.

  • Avoiding direct ironing over printed artwork.

  • Following the stated drying instructions.

We are not responsible for damage resulting solely from misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty goods.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content displayed on our website, including artwork, logos, graphics, photography, product designs, branding and written content, remains the intellectual property of Silent Saints or its respective rights holders.

This includes original Silent Saints branding and YANA artwork.

No content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a Silent Saints product does not grant ownership or commercial rights to its associated designs or artwork.

13. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, special offers or limited-edition collections.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, eligibility requirements or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotional offers.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions prospectively, without affecting accepted orders or accrued legal rights.
