We wanted to support a charity whose work reflects the values behind Silent Saints. One that doesn't just raise awareness, but actively helps people navigate the challenges of living with mental illness.
That's why we've chosen to support Rethink Mental Illness, a UK charity working to improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness.
Through advice, information, support services and campaigning, Rethink helps people access the understanding, care and opportunities they deserve. Their work also extends to families, friends and carers, recognising that mental illness can affect far more than one person.
Their commitment to challenging stigma and creating a society where people affected by mental illness can live better lives is something we strongly believe in.
